Video Thursday – Tony shows us the ProStretch Exercise

Today Physical Therapist, and Clinical Director of our ohysical therapy clinic on Madison Ave. in Manhattan, Atoine Hitti shows us an exercise we often use with patients. It is called the “ProStretch” and it is a more effective and efficient way to stretch your calfs and hamstrings than the traditional “Runners Stretch” which is so often used.
